1. Server Data
This website is hosted by „IONOS“, the IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur Germany. All servers are located in the EU.
When you visit the site, various server statistics are automatically stored, which your browser transmits to the provider’s server. Referrers (previously visited websites), the requested website or file, browser type and version, the operating system used, the device type used, the date and time of access, and the IP address are stored in full in the system’s RAM for a period of 7 days, and subsequently in anonymised form on the server’s hard drives for 3 months.
The data is collected on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to ensure the security and stability of the service and to provide website visitors with the highest possible quality. The legal basis for data collection and processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

2. Processing and disclosure of personal data
If you send an enquiry by email, your email address and the data contained in the email will be collected and stored for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Legal basis. If a contractual relationship arises from the enquiry as part of pre-contractual negotiations, or if the enquiry relates to an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as the storage of the data is necessary for the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual obligation. Furthermore, there is also a legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in processing the data for the purposes of communication and responding to your enquiries.
The data will be deleted once the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies, i.e. after replying to your email or contact form enquiry, or once the matter relating to the enquiry has been fully resolved. In the case of an existing contractual relationship or one arising from the enquiry, the data will be deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.

For the purpose of communicating with customers and interested parties, as well as providing general information about the company, the data controller maintains a profile on www.linkedin.com, operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (“LinkedIn”). If you access the LinkedIn profile via this website using the LinkedIn icon whilst logged into your account, LinkedIn can directly associate your visit to this website with your LinkedIn account. If you do not wish LinkedIn to associate your data with your account, you must log out of LinkedIn before visiting this website.
When you access interactive features on posts (such as liking, commenting, sharing, or messaging), a LinkedIn login screen will appear. Once you have logged in, LinkedIn will recognise you as a specific user again.

6. Rights of the data subjects
a. Right to object
If your data is processed in order to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f) GDPR), you may object to this processing for reasons arising from your particular situation. Your personal data will then no longer be processed unless the controller can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
In the event of an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing, processing for this purpose will no longer be carried out.
b. Right of access by the data subject
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether the controller is processing personal data concerning you and, if so, a right to access the personal data and related information in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.
c. Right of rectification
You have the right to ask to correct or complete any incorrect or incomplete personal data concerning you without delay in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.
d. Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
You have the right to demand the immediate deletion of personal data concerning you and the controller is obliged to delete them immediately if one of the reasons mentioned in article 17 GDPR applies.
e. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to ask for the restriction of the personal data concerning you if one of the conditions mentioned in art. 18 GDPR is fulfilled.
f. Right to data transferability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided with in a structured, common and machine-readable format and you have the right to request that the data is transferred to another controller, as far as this is technically feasible.
